Ummm... What kind of nuts did you put in these?

I learned something tonight that I should have probably learned a long time ago. When making cookies, turn off the mixer before you put the egg in, just in case the egg shell slips from your fingers and is quickly broken into hundreds of pieces by the beaters... (I should have listened to you, Mom, and broken the eggs into a separate dish before putting them in the mixing bowl :) )
