For months Garrett has been telling me he wants a marshmallow birthday cake.  MmmmmHmmmm I would always reply, not really thinking I would make a marshmallow cake...  This morning I pulled his cake out of the oven and he said, "Are there marshmallows in it?"  So... it became a snow scene complete with a marshmallow snowman... And he was happy.
