- Supper - Chicken with Black Beans & Rice, Avocado salad This didn't really get many thumbs up - nobody disliked it, exactly, but we had plenty of leftovers... The leftovers went over really well - we made some corn tortillas to wrap the rice, bean and chicken mixture in and served it with sour cream and guacamole - yum!
