Sunday
  • Breakfast -  Scrambled Eggs with Ham, Toast
  • Lunch - Ham & Cheese Roll ups, Chips, Cookies

Monday
  • Breakfast -  Steel Cut Oats with Blueberries & Granola, Toast & Peanut Butter
  • Snack - Bananas
  • Lunch - Baked Beans with Ground Beef, Corn Bread
  • Snack - Peanuts
  • Supper - Lasagna, Salad, Green Beans
Tuesday
  • Breakfast - Overnight Coffee Cake, Fried Eggs
  • Snack - Oranges
  • Lunch - Spinach Salad with Chicken, Orange and Avocado
  • Snack - Raisins
  • Supper - Pork Chops, Buttered Garlic Noodles, Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower
Wednesday
  • Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with Sausage, Toast
  • Snack - Granola Bars  Leftover Coffee Cake
  • Lunch - Leftovers
  • Snack - Peanuts
  • Supper - Chicken with Black Beans & Rice, Avocado salad This didn't really get many thumbs up - nobody disliked it, exactly, but we had plenty of leftovers...  The leftovers went over really well - we made some corn tortillas to wrap the rice, bean and chicken mixture in and served it with sour cream and guacamole - yum!
Thursday
  • Breakfast - Baked Eggs, English Muffins
  • Snack - Cheese & Crackers
  • Lunch - Chili Leftovers
  • Snack - Peanuts
  • Supper - Crock pot beef roast with potatoes and carrots, Squash

Saturday
  • Breakfast - Cinnamon Rolls, Scrambled Eggs
  • Lunch - BBQ Pork Sandwiches
  • Supper - Leftovers
