... she is debating with you, starts to state her facts, and realizes she is actually arguing with herself...
(It was almost as if she was arguing just for arguments sake or something - hee hee)
(Since she reads this blog, I should add that our teenager is really a very good, helpful, obedient girl - she does have fun debating though.)

There have been times when children in our house are arguing vehemently, and I'll say, "Did I say something to bring this on? In your own head, do you hear me arguing back at you?" because I'm just nodding as they talk. Bless their hearts:) So many opinions, so little time:)
