The reason for my earlier post today...

Why do boys think the sounds that their bodies make are so, so, so, so, funny?  And why do they think it is so funny to imitate those sounds all. day. long?

And how can they be so disgusting and still be so sweet and cuddly and loving?

  1. It shouldn't surprise me...I grew up with all brothers...but it still does some days. I hate to discourage you...but they giggle just as much about it at 14 and 12 as they did at 5 and 3.

  2. And, why do families with a boy as the older child have a little girl that thinks it's equally hilarious?!?

  3. Thanks, Christa, the girls will be so happy to know that!

That is funny, Jen, it must be because she is younger - our boys' older sisters think it is very gross - which only makes it funnier to the boys, of course...

  4. Agree w/Christa! And even at 43, they laugh! I am surrounded by noises with no little girls here to help me out! (would someone like to loan me theirs??)

  5. Oh, yes, Talisha, Todd thinks these little boys are pretty funny too. The rest of us have to keep asking him to "Quit laughing!" at the shenanigans the boys pull. It's kind of hard to correct a child when you're cracking up.

  6. Ah, yes, but it's all "clean" fun!!! My G'ma laughed so hard, she had tears in her eyes! We still laugh today...
